Fruitful has had workers arrive at WPE Portugal over Feb and the workers are enjoying the new facilities at the farm

Although the sun has not been shining as much as they would like and the weather has delayed the Iberian crop over the last 2 months, the workers arriving to Well Pict Portugal are enjoying the new facilities installed on the farm.

The team at the farm have made a real effort to improve their induction process and have removed the temporary porta cabin kitchens for a permanent kitchen block which has gone down well with the workers.

The kitchen block structure also houses a dining area and recreation area, complete with gym equipment, table tennis and table football.

Well Pict Portugal also sports its own 'Cantina' on site, where the workers have been making use of the wireless internet to communicate with home via web cams and skype.

It's not all play, although production has been delayed, it is starting to pick up and the workers (who will total over 350 in the peak of the season) will have plenty of work ahead of them in the months to come.
