			02/Apr/2009 To keep pickers entertained whilst waiting for weather delayed fruit to be ready the farm held a volley ball tournament.

	The farm has been suffering like many in Iberia with changing weather, it is a fine line keeping the picker numbers to a level that you will need when the fruit kicks in but keeping them all happy and entertained until this happens. Well Pict European Portugal has been keeping their pickers spirits up with a volley ball tournament where the office and mangement staff also took part, followed by a BBQ, where the pickers were served drinks by the bosses. The day was a great success with the prize for the tournament going to Team Locomotive.
