For these roles you need to have a an excellent level of spoken and written English, for Care Assistant (CA) roles you need to have relevant experience as well as references (which will be checked) and a clean criminal record check.
There are other ancillary roles such as kitchen workers, which do not require the same level of skills or experience as the care assistants.
