This farm is looking for hard working individuals to join their team for the summer, you need to be physically fit and willing to do a good days work, anyone with back problems would not be suited to this work. The crops on this farm are NOT in tunnels but all open production so you will be working outside in the elements. You will be set piece rate targets and you will need to meet these, otherwise you will not be offered any more work.
There is accommodation available on the farm in mobile homes, these are shared with other workers and the rent is £31.22 per week per person. The accommodation is shared with other workers and you are expected to do your own cooking and keep your accommodation clean and tidy. |
