Start: 2010
Finish: Permanent (may consider someone on seasonal basis)
Fruitful is looking for a competent welfare officer to join their team. This person needs to be hands on and have the ability to work on their own and under their own initiative, this role will require traveling to different locations around the UK, you will need to spend some time away from home. You will also need to have good admin skills as you will spend part of your time in the main office writing up reports and audits etc.
Essential skills for this role are:
1/ Competent in spoken English, Polish and Bulgarian (other Eastern European languages also an advantage)
2/ Over age of 25 yrs (due to vehicle insurance purposes)
3/ Full driving license
4/ Experience on UK farms, ideally in a welfare / HR capacity
5/ Excellent communication skills
6/ Flexible to work away from home or on weekends if required
Guide salary for the role is £20k per annum + work mobile phone and vehicle.
