This role will be assisting the head greenkeeper on a permanent golf course near Dundee, Scotland. Role will include all aspects of assisting with keeping the grounds, such as cutting grass (after training), maintaining bunkers, shrubs and tree etc.
Working week will vary, but approx 39-45 hour per week including half day at weekends (expected to work 6 days a week), days may vary depending on time of year. Start time will be from 06.00am until 15.00pm approx (later start / finish early / late part of the season).
£5.80 per hr basic and £8.70 per hour overtime (overtime paid over 39 hours per week).
For this role you need to be physically fit and willing to start work early in the morning and be based outside ALL day. Ideally you will have a driving license. Due to insurance purposes for vehicles we can only accept applications from candidates aged 21 or over.
Accommodation is available in a static caravan on site, this will be shared with other workers, rent is £31.57 per week + share of gas bottle costs.
Candidates will need to have a very good level of English to ensure full understanding of duties and Health and Safety requirements. There will be some interaction with the public as well.
