Their experience, qualifications and above all, suitability for the role you have available will have been checked to ensure that only the right candidates are put forward.
We will ensure that workers have the relevant documentation to legally work in the UK and that were possible clean criminal record documents are provided.
Depending on your recruitment needs and how involved in the process you wish to be we have a number of different options or methods available;
1/ For larger numbers of staff (10+) we can arrange a 2-3 day recruitment trip to one of our offices in Poland, here you will with the recruitment team interview per-selected candidates and be able to select your final choices from these candidates. Obviously if you do not wish to attend we can do the final selection for you.
2/ Telephone interviews - we will arrange for you to speak with a number of candidates over the phone, and you can make your final selection based upon these interviews
3/ Leave everything up to us, provide us with your detailed job descriptions, we will visit your site and get a feel for what you need and get any other info we require and then we will recruit your workers and provide you with info packs on the candidates we have selected and their arrival details.

There are NO charges unless you employ someone that we recruit for you, the charges are a one off fee per head and the level of these charges depends on the role and the number of staff you require. However, workers are available for as little as £200.00
