FAQS EMPLOYEES

Q: How much does it cost to register with Fruitful Jobs?

A: Nothing

Q: How much do I have to pay Fruitful Jobs if they find me a job?

A: Nothing, there is no charge to job seekers for our services.

Q: If I come to work in the UK where will I live?

A: Many employers provide living accommodation close to the work place, if not they will usual help you to find somewhere to live close by.

Q: I am from a Non EU country. Can you find me work in the UK?

A: I am afraid we can only put candidates forward who already have the full right to work in the UK, we cannot assist people to obtain work permits for the UK for the hospitality sector.

Q: I am from one of the A2 countries (Bulgaria / Romania) can I work in this sector?

A: Although you have the freedom to travel to and from the UK as you wish, there are still restrictions on the employment you can take up. We cannot offer Bulgarian or Romanian nationals work in the services industry. We may be able to assist you with Farm work - please see the SAWS section on the home page for more information.

Q: I am Polish and I can speak and write some English but I am not sure if my level will be good enough. Does this mean I cannot work?

A: Some of the jobs will require a good level of spoken English and even written English (when dealing in fast moving roles direct with the public), but there may be other roles where such a good level of English is not required because the role is not dealing directly with customers or the general public.

Q: I am 17 years old, am I too young?

A: Fruitful Jobs only places candidates aged 18 or older, so you will need to wait until you are 18 before we may be able to assist you.

Q: I am 55 years old, am I too old?

A: Certainly not, employers often prefer mature people for roles, providing you are fit, healthy and hardworking, age is not a barrier.
