requirements after seasonal problems with numbers of reliable farm workers. It
has now become the portal for employers to search for well-qualified and
enthusiastic employees as well as a hive of information for backpackers,
college-goers, career-changers and people currently working within land-based
industries and at all levels of the food chain. Our service is now designed to
attract job seekers from all backgrounds and at all levels, from unskilled
labourers to chief executives.

of charge
and advertisements can remain live until you fill the position. All adverts are
approved by us prior to being posted on the website.

You have full access to our database of candidates looking for jobs and you can
do a full search or narrow it down to fit your requirements. We will then send
you full details of any CVs you request, leaving the important decision making
up to you.
As we are not a conventional recruitment consultancy, we only charge you if you
decide to employ someone we have introduced to you. We are also unconventional
in that we do not charge the usual 15-30% of other companies but very
reasonable and realistic one-off fees. This means you negotiate packages, terms
etc and can offer employees a more attractive salary. We are also free to job
