to you that we deem appropriate that you may not have considered. We will not
interfere with the final interviewing process or decision-making, though we are
happy to help arrange for candidates to attend interviews.
As we are not a conventional recruitment consultancy, we only charge you
if you decide to employ someone we have introduced to you. Advertising your
vacancies is free. We are also unconventional in that we do not
charge the usual 15-30% of other companies but very reasonable and realistic
one-off. You negotiate packages, terms etc and can choose to save money or
offer employees a more attractive salary. We are also free to job seekers.
Fees
Every time you employ an individual introduced to you by Fruitfuljobs.com, you
will be charged a straightforward fee per head of £450.
In order to advertise your permanent positions and search CVs you are required
to register. This includes accepting our
Terms and Conditions and supplying us with some brief details about
your company or organisation.
