Sous Chef needed in Newent


Location: Newent

We are looking for a full time, permanent Sous Chef to join our team.

We are a 60 cover restaurant with one AA rosette, serving modern British food.

The ideal sous chef must have a passion for creating dishes using quality seasonal produce and be able to deputise for Head chef in his absence.

Working 40-50 hours a week which will include weekends and split shifts.

28days holiday, share of tips. Salary £20-24k, Own transport needed due to location.

Start date 5 January, but could be sooner if requested.
