Fruitful was founded in 2001 by a pro-active marketing company that saw there was a need for new solutions to source seasonal labour. In 2007 we were appointed a SAWS operator and we now supply over 4000 workers to farms in the UK and Iberia.
We are a small team of people that are passionate about what we do and have hands on experience in the production and harvesting of crops as well as farm adminstration and marketing. We understand that farming doesn't keep 9-5 hours, that's why we pride ourselves on being available for our clients not just during normal working hours, but weekends and evenings too.
Our core business is the supply of seasonal harvest labour, but we are also able to provide a PAYE service, accommodation solutions, and skilled candidates for both seasonal and long term roles. We also provide speed training for pickers to help increase farm productivity and lower costs.
