Agriculture

Working in agriculture can be great fun, but it's also lots of hard work. Although there are lots of different jobs they all share one thing in common, you need to be fit and willing to be on your feet on the go all day.

The British weather can be unpredictable so that also means you need to be willing to work in all weather conditions, because the jobs will still need doing when it's raining and windy. 

Some examples of jobs are:

• Harvesting 
• Planting 
• Husbandry jobs
• Grading / Sorting and packing (in field and packhouse)
• Tractor driving 
• Livestock work
• Dairy Farming 
• Poultry work
