Duties & Responsibilities:
Responding to queries in writing and verbally to workers on seasonal worker scheme. Following up on issues raised by workers or employers and investigating these.
Arranging transfers between farms.
Communicating with applicants in relation to visa application process and assisting with recruitment processes. Administration and data entry work in relation to worker information and details.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in English & Russian (other languages an advantage also)
IT literate / good Excel skills
Full Driving license (and confident to drive in the UK)
Experience of working in seasonal farming / horticultural roles in the UK or overseas
Experience of working in a customer facing role

Growing Technician
Warwick
Based at university of Warwick innovation centre, which acts as an experiment and demonstration facility to investigate the benefits of full spectrum indoor growing, you will be the grower technician. Initially 100% focused on crop work, working to 75% crop work and 25% technical - recording yields and quality, participating in planning and research programmes.
Ideally candidate will have previous experience in glass house production at a supervisor level.
This role is hands on.
Salary circa £20k pa.

Our client is a progressive growing ornamental horticultural business just outside Hereford, they are looking for individuals to join their team as trainee growers.
These will be hands on roles, learning all aspects of production.
